Use the notebook to journal everything about your weight loss journey. A great piece of advice to get help losing weight is to write down all the foods you eat throughout the day, but your journal shouldn’t end there. Include the exercises you do, how long you exercised, and what you thought about the exercise. Take a moment to write down your emotions before each time you eat. This is one way to help you determine if you tend to overeat when stressed, and gives you the opportunity to break that habit.
