While losing weight is often a goal that people state, the truth of the matter is that there is plenty of hard work that is necessary in order to lose weight. If it was easy, then everyone would be thin! If you are working towards the goal of burn fat gain muscle, then you should also have a goal of having fun!

You can have fun by choosing different workouts, which will not only help you stay motivated by doing different things, but you will work different parts of your body with different workouts. One day you could run, another day spend an hour playing basketball, while on the third day you could swim for 90 minutes. You will burn fat and gain muscle by working out on a consistent basis and sticking with it.
