It takes plenty of effort to lose weight naturally, but these three tips will help you reach your goal!

  1. Eat protein in the morning!  Give your day a boost by eating a serving of protein instead of your usual bowl of cereal.  Protein has been shown to help stave off hunger pangs longer, which means you can start the day off right.
  2. Put down your fork between bites. The simple act of putting down your fork (or spoon) between bites forces you to slow down. When you slow down while you are eating, you are able to recognize when you are full before you have eaten too much.  This is an easy thing to do to help you lose weight naturally.
  3. Don’t eat while standing up. You will eat less food if you take the time to set a place setting for yourself and eat at the table.  It is easy to overeat when you are standing up, eating straight from the refrigerator!
