You DO need to watch what you eat and exercise more. A simple way to watch what you eat is to keep a food journal. Record everything that you eat and make adjustments as necessary. Don’t eat a candy bar every day, but don’t deprive yourself completely! Break the candy bar up into 7 pieces and enjoy a single piece each day.
